Job Visibility
See if jobs are visible on Indeed without ever leaving the ATS.
Please note that Indeed jobs are selected with a fuzzy matching process. Sometimes we cannot find the ATS job on Indeed. Sometimes we find multiple possible matches.
Results detailed below.
- If there are 0 matches
- Surfaces a blank search bar to input an Indeed URL to create a direct connection
- If there is only 1 match
- Automatically matches to show job post, job visibility, and sponsorship status
- If there are between 2-20 matches
- Matches are provided as a list of job posts
- Requires a one-time action to select the matching job post
- The corresponding ATS job/requisition is now linked going forward
- If there are >20 matches
- Same experience as 0 matches
